2. The notice required under section 19 of the Act respecting the distribution of financial products and services (chapter D-9.2) informing a client that he has the right to rescind an insurance contract made at the time of another contract must conform to the model set out in Schedule 1 – NOTICE OF RESCISSION OF AN INSURANCE CONTRACT.
